Shipping Policy

Orders are hand-packed in our apothecary and dispatched within 1–3 working days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Domestic delivery

Standard delivery: 2–5 working days. Express delivery: 1–2 working days.

International delivery

Tracked international shipping: 7–14 working days depending on destination. Customs and import duties, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within the expected window, please write to us at support@orikin.co.uk and we'll trace it with the carrier.
