Return Policy

We want you to feel good about every Orikin bar that arrives at your door. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Eligibility

Unopened products in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Used or opened bars cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

How to return

Email support@orikin.co.uk with your order number and a brief reason for the return. We'll reply with the return address and instructions within one working day.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
