Cancellation & Returns

We pour and pack each bar by hand, so we ask that cancellation requests reach us as soon as possible.

Cancelling an order

Orders may be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase by emailing support@orikin.co.uk. After dispatch, the standard returns process applies.

Returns

Unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The bar must be in its original packaging and unused. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned item.
